RETURN, EXCHANGE, & SPECIAL ORDER POLICIES
Returns/ Exchanges Dealer reserves the right to exchange or repair any item, new or used. Products delivered as new equipment (out of the box), not functioning properly, will be repaired, as it is not uncommon for minor problems to occur during the shipping process. In the event of a returned product, the customer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee with the remaining balance given as In-Store Credit. Refunds will not be given on delivery, installation, or labor fees. Items designated as “Clearance” are non-returnable/exchangeable (sales are final).
Special Orders Customers will be required to pay half of the total price at the time of purchase. The remaining balance shall be paid upon arrival or delivery of the product. In the event of a cancelled order, the customer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the total price of the product.
